This policy can provide a combination of liability and physical damage protection for vehicles owned, maintained or used by you. Additional coverages such as medical payments and uninsured motorist protection can be added to customize the policy to fit your particular needs.

Additional endorsements can be added for Non Owned Auto Liability: This coverage provides you with liability protection for autos you do not own, lease, hire, rent, or borrow while they are being used in connection with your business operations. Hired Auto Liability can be added also. This coverage protects against claims alleged for bodily injury and property damage arising out of the use of vehicles leased, hired, rented, or borrowed by you while in the course of business.

This coverage provides protection for buildings and business personal property listed on the policy. Completed additions, permanently-installed fixtures, machinery and equipment, outdoor fixtures, owned personal property used to service, repair or maintain the building and additions under construction or repair are all included in this definition.

Various additional endorsements and extensions can also be added to ensure that adequate protection is being provided for your particular situation.

This type of policy protects your business from claims arising from your legal liability for injury or damages to other people or their property. Coverage payments can include judgments, attorney fees, court costs, or other related expenses as defined in the form.

All liability policies contain provisions that define the scope of coverage provided by them. Since these are standardized, many times one or more of these provisions must be modified to better suit the coverage needs for a particular insured. These modifications, called endorsements, allow us to customize your general liability policy to ensure you have been provided with the necessary coverage for your particular situation.
