Colleen has served in the property and casualty insurance industry beginning in 1985. She's served as an agent for PBC Insurance since 1999, and in 2008 became one of PBC’s company shareholders. Colleen excels at service to clients, and has received her designation as a Commercial Lines Distinguished Agent. She is a current member of the Agent Advisory Board, local Chamber of Commerce, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Oregon. Colleen’s areas of expertise include all lines of personal and commercial liability insurance.

Brian Lamb

Brian graduated from Washington State University in 1983 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Broadcast Communications and Political Science. After a thirteen-year career as a television sports anchor, he joined PBC Insurance in 1996. Brian has earned the Distinguished Achievement Award from Safeco Commercial and Personal Lines Agent School.

He became a shareholder at PBC Insurance in 2001 and served as President from 2012-2017. Brian enjoys the challenge of analyzing property and casualty risks for businesses, and finding the best plan to protect business owners' assets.

Andy Miller

Former quarterback helps clients develop a formidable defense

Andy attended Butler University, and played as quarterback for the Bulldog's football team between 1991 and 1993. Andy has worked for PBC Insurance since 2009. Prior to that, he was self-employed for ten years, running his own businesses. Andy’s areas of experience include helping protect families and commercial businesses from their financial exposures and risks. He is licensed in property and casualty and has his health and life licenses as well. He is dedicated to his customers and service is most important to him. He looks forward to another twenty-five years in the insurance industry.

Donovan Volk

Donovan graduated with honors from the University of Oregon in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and minor in Business Administration. Prior to finding his true calling as an insurance professional, he spent 6 years working for IBM, and another 9 years as a commercial banker here in Eugene.

Donovan's range of insurance expertise includes: contractors, bonding, manufacturing, professional liability, restaurants and non-profit companies. He truly enjoys working with all people and helping them navigate insurance issues unique to his business background.
